must stop. Source heads and generation commands are immutable; the private working archives are gone.
The first public landmark arrived early. Most of the history that followed was not another initial build—it
was the work of turning an effect into something people could repeatedly use and trust.

v0.1.0 sits at commit 7 of 21. README.md then became the most frequently touched path at
16 commits. Average line churn fell from 1,607 per commit in the earlier 80% to 777 in the final 20%—a 52%
reduction consistent with productization and consolidation after the foundation.

The finding
Root main.py accumulated 20 touches and 7,552 changed lines, then became dormant in the
final quarter. At commits 41 and 42, delegation and command modules were explicitly extracted into
packages; their former single-file paths remain deleted while the package directories stand.

v2.1.0 → desktop-preview-3.0.0 range spans 562 file changes and +26,699 net lines, making the rename the
strongest migration event inside a larger expansion.
